  • RECOMMENDATION

    THAT the Agenda for the Board of Variance meeting scheduled for November 22, 2023, be approved. 

  • RECOMMENDATION

    THAT the Board of Variance adopts the minutes from the June 28, 2023, meeting as circulated. 

THAT the Board of Variance adopt the 2024 meeting schedule, as circulated.

To accommodate the construction of a new single-family dwelling, the applicant is seeking a variance to:

  1. Increase the building height from 7.7m (25.26ft) to 10.24m (33.60ft), and
  2.  Allow a portion of the building to extend from 45% to 75% into the angle of containment.

To accommodate the construction of a new single-family dwelling, the applicant is seeking a variance to:

  1. To reduce the exterior side lot line setback from 7.5 meters (24.60ft) to 3.5 meters 11.48ft)
