  • RECOMMENDATION

    THAT the Public Art Advisory Committee adopts the agenda for the September 13, 2022 meeting as circulated.

  • RECOMMENDATION

    THAT the Public Art Advisory Committee adopts the minutes of the July 12, 2022 meeting as circulated.

New Manager of Cultural Development, Rebecca Forrest, to introduce herself to the Committee.


Alex Wallace, Manager of Planning, to attend for introductions with the Committee, and to discuss the potential for her team to work collaboratively with the Committee on future projects.

Chairperson or Staff to provide an update regarding the status of action items and recommendations from previous minutes.

Chairperson or Staff to provide an update regarding any recent recommendations presented to Council by other advisory committees when they have particular relevance to the Public Art Advisory Committee.

Staff and/or Committee representatives to provide an update after the most recent Multi-Committee Placemaking Workshop, held on August 29, 2022.

Staff are seeking up to three (3) volunteers to assist with reviewing and jurying applications for the Art Walk Program.

Committee to discuss the draft Waterfront Enhancement Strategy document, a focus of the Marine Drive Task Force in 2019.
