FIRST NATIONS LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We would like to recognize that we are standing/working/meeting on the
traditional unceded territory of the Semiahmoo First Nation, and also wish to
acknowledge the broader territory of the Coast Salish Peoples.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

• RECOMMENDATION

  THAT the Corporation of the City of White Rock Council adopt the agenda for its special meeting scheduled for April 20, 2026 as circulated.

ADOPTION OF MINUTES

• RECOMMENDATION

  THAT the Corporation of the City of White Rock adopt the April 13, 2026 Regular Council meeting minutes as circulated.

BYLAW 2576 - WHITE ROCK FINANCIAL PLAN (2026-2030) BYLAW, 2026, NO. 2576

Bylaw 2576 - A bylaw to establish a Financial Plan for 2026-2030. Bylaw 2576 received three (3) readings on April 13, 2026 and is on the agenda for consideration of final reading.

• RECOMMENDATION

  THAT Council give final reading to "White Rock Financial Plan (2026-2030) Bylaw, 2026, No. 2576.
