  THAT the Public Art and Culture Advisory Committee adopts the minutes of the June 12, 2024 meeting as circulated.

PLACEMAKING ON CITY GARBAGE CONTAINERS AND/OR UTILITY BOXES

Staff to share preliminary information regarding potential placemaking opportunities on City garbage containers and/or utility boxes, for Committee feedback and discussion.

P'QUALS INSTALLATION PROJECT

Staff to provide an update on the status of this project.

6.

APPROVAL FOR SIGNAGE FUNDING

Committee to consider a recommendation to Council for approval of signage funding for the Whaling Wall and the Saltaire public art installation.

WORKING GROUP UPDATES

Members of the following working groups to provide updates on their findings, if available:

COMMUNITY NOTICE BOARD DISCUSSION

Committee to discuss the topic of community notice boards in White Rock.

The following meeting schedule was previously approved by the Committee and is provided for information purposes:

All meetings are scheduled to take place in Council Chambers at White Rock City Hall from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
