TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 23-001


CIVIC ADDRESS: 1478 Johnston Road (1484 Johnston Road)


PURPOSE: The City has received a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application requesting an extension to previously approved TUP 19-012 to allow for the continued use of a non-medical cannabis retail store at 1484 Johnston Road (civic address of 1478 Johnston Road). The proposed TUP 23-001, if issued, will permit this cannabis store use for an additional term of three (3) years.
