  THAT the Public Art Advisory Committee adopts the agenda for the June 14, 2022 meeting as circulated.

• RECOMMENDATION

  THAT the Public Art Advisory Committee adopts the minutes of the May 10, 2022 meeting as circulated.

BUSINESS ARISING FROM ACTION AND MOTION TRACKING DOCUMENT

Chairperson or staff liaison to provide an update regarding the status of action items and recommendations from previous minutes.

Note: Action and motion tracking document attached for reference.

5.

UPDATE ON RELEVANT MOTIONS FROM OTHER ADVISORY COMMITTEES TO COUNCIL

Staff liaison to provide an update regarding any recent recommendations presented to Council by other advisory committees when they have particular relevance to the Public Art Advisory Committee.

CITY PLACEMAKING ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION WORKSHOP UPDATE

The Manager of Cultural Development to provide an update following the multi-committee roundtable placemaking discussion workshop held on June 8, 2022.

UPDATE REGARDING PUBLIC ART INCLUSION AT NEW DEVELOPMENT SITES

Staff liaison to provide updates, if and when they are available, regarding public art installments at developing construction sites around White Rock.

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR FUTURE CITY ARTS-RELATED EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS

Committee members to share and discuss their suggestions for inclusion, on the City's Public Art webpage, of guidelines and information regarding the process for future applicants interested in planning arts-related events and/or competitions in White Rock.

The Manager of Cultural Development to share ideas around including art event application guidelines within the Public Art and Placemaking Art Policy with the Committee for their discussion and feedback.

2021-2022 WORK PLAN UPDATE

The Manager of Cultural Development to provide a status update regarding any work plan items that have not already been discussed.

The following schedule of meetings was previously approved by the Committee and is provided for information purposes:
