Bylaw 2506 - A bylaw to adopt the "City of White Rock Zoning Bylaw, 2024, No. 2506". Bylaw 2506 was the subject of a Corporate Report at the May 27, 2024 Regular Council meeting and is coming forward to address Bill 44 - Small Scale, Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) regulations from the Province. In accordance with Bill 44 a public hearing for this matter is prohibited. Bylaw 2506 received first and second reading on June 10, 2024 and is on the agenda for consideration of third reading as amended and final reading at this time. Note the following amendments have been included in the bylaw as circulated: After first and second reading, a typo was noted in Section 3.0 Interpretation and Definition Subsection 3.3.1. The definition states," and excludes SSMUH residential" but should state "and includes SSMUH residential ".
